- Follow Estes Drive N to NC-86 North
- Turn Left on to NC-86N
- Follow NC-86N to Perkins Drive (Pass Weaver Dairy Road)
- Turn Right on to Perkins Drive
- Turn Right on to Timberhill Place
- Turn Left into the office complex
- The Trillium clinic building is on the left and the entrance is in the front, facing Weaver Dairy Road
